Restaurant Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to secure new business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support to existing clients.
- Collect and share feedback from clients to improve the service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in POS, hospitality, or tech industries.
- Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Uncapped commission: £250 per venue.
- Bonus: £5,000 for 84 restaurants per year.
- MacBook, iPad, unlimited annual leave, equity options, and regular incentives.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £28,000 (OTE: £70,000) based on industry standards and location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Restaurant Business Development Representative to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
