We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Business Development Representative to join our team at 'It's Just You'. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and yearly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to secure new business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support to existing clients.
  • Collect and share feedback from clients to improve the service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in POS, hospitality, or tech industries.
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • English fluency required; additional languages a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission: £250 per venue.
  • Bonus: £5,000 for 84 restaurants per year.
  • MacBook, iPad, unlimited annual leave, equity options, and regular incentives.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £28,000 (OTE: £70,000) based on industry standards and location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Restaurant Business Development Representative to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
