About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Principal Solution Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will partner with customers to identify and address their business challenges, leveraging our industry-leading Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver industry-specific solutions that drive business value for our customers.
  • Conduct value discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, and develop sales campaigns and plans.
  • Work with customers to identify key technical challenges and develop solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Proactively support pipeline development, account planning, and sales execution in assigned accounts and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in maintenance and reliability working in process industries, such as petrochemical, specialty chemicals, metals, and mining.
  • Consulting, pre-sales, and/or professional services experience in process industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance and reliability-related products, including CMMS, APM applications, Reliability Engineering, and Condition Monitoring.
  • Experience with digital technologies, such as Cloud, Data Management, ML/AI, and their application in process industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, including safety, environmental, and sustainability.
  • Ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and the differentiated value those solutions can provide.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Relevant technical qualifications, such as BSc Engineering or equivalent, with at least 6 years of working experience.
  • English language proficiency, with fluency in a second language highly desirable.
  • Business travel requirements, with flexibility to travel for approximately 30% of total working time.
