Support Worker for Residential Care

We are currently seeking a Support Worker for Residential Care to join our team at April Court, a 17 bedroomed residential home dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will work as a part-time Residential Support Worker, providing support and care to residents. The role is situated in the Kinson area, approximately 5 miles away from Bournemouth town centre.
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support and care to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
- Encourage residents to maintain their individuality and independence
Requirements:
- Qualification in Health and Social Care or related field (desirable)
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities (preferable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
