Lead Data and Analytics Engineer

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary data delivery team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative data solutions to complex business problems. Your expertise in data engineering, analytics, and leadership will enable you to drive a data-first culture within the team and across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with solution and data architects to deliver complex data and analytics solutions, including data ingestion, processing, and visualization.
  • Manage a team of Senior, Mid, and Junior Level Data and Analytics Engineers, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
  • Design and lead data modeling, transformation, and cleansing efforts to ensure high-quality data for consumption by technical and non-technical users.
  • Drive data enablement activities across the business, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, leveraging cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and AWS Redshift.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in data engineering, data analytics, and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and cleansing techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehousing technologies and key services such as cloud storage, containerization, and event-driven services.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in Agile delivery environments.
