We are seeking a highly skilled General Practitioner to join our team at Gatwick IRC. As a General Practitioner at Practice Plus Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. You will gain insight into Mental Health and Substance Misuse, as well as access to a variety of training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first-class healthcare to a diverse group of patients, developing your knowledge in areas you may not typically experience in a general practice or A&E environment.
- Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients' requirements, making timely decisions regarding future management.
- Work closely with the entire multidisciplinary team, providing a highly specialist resource to other members of the healthcare team and patients.
- A competitive annual salary up to £130,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience, plus payment of MDU/MPS subscription and CPD days.
- Opportunities for portfolio work or cross-site working, with the possibility of extra shifts and overtime.
- A Golden Hello of £3,000 (£1,000 per year for 3 years, subject to conditions and milestones).

Qualifications and Experience:- MBChB or MBBS qualification.
- Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List.
- Evidence of engagement with annual appraisal.
- Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse.
- RCGP Certificate in Substance Misuse 1 and 2, or prepared to undertake these qualifications.
