Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Ivolve Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.

  • Supporting adults with different needs, such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health
  • Empowering individuals to be ambitious and live fulfilling lives
  • Providing practical support, including medication management, shopping, health needs, and hygiene
  • Participating in activities like cooking, art, and listening to music
  • Following our procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good general education
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
  • A commitment to undertake training and development
Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we welcome applicants with:

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care
  • Previous experience within a social care setting
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
  • Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks
  • Confident IT user
