Job Description

We are seeking Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with personal care, including toileting, washing, and bathing
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments, day centres, and social activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
Requirements
  • Ability to work in Headington, Oxford
  • No care experience required, full training provided
  • Compassion, respect, and a desire to support people in their community
  • Availability to work on alternate weekends and weekdays
