Job Title: Wellbeing Support Worker

We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Wellbeing Support Workers. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live their best lives at home. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes, including light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Assist clients with medication, transportation, and social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • No prior care experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training.
  • Ability to work in Headington, Oxford, and be willing to commute on a bike between visits.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
