About the Role

We're looking for Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team in Headington, Oxford. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you'll provide light cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, medication, personal care, and companionship to our clients. You'll work in a self-managed team, making your own decisions about the people you support, but with the backing of peers.

We don't require previous care experience, as full training will be provided. You'll need to be able to work in Headington, Oxford, and be able to commute between visits on a bike (we'll provide bikes). You'll work a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends and weekdays, with a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Compassion and Respect - You'll need to demonstrate compassion, respect, and a desire to support people in your community.
  • Flexibility - You'll need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends and weekdays.
  • Communication Skills - You'll need to have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with our clients and team members.
