About the Job

The Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking a highly motivated Data Analysis Officer to join our Business Intelligence team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to work closely with our Performance Manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include producing high-quality analysis and evaluation of performance data, providing insightful recommendations to support our strategic objectives. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive operational excellence.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of data visualisation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
