As a Security Officer at ABM UK, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer-focused service to all visitors and tenants within the buildings.

You will carry out regular patrols of the centre, following the company security strategy and being proactive in identifying and addressing potential security issues.

Key duties include:

  • Interacting with visitors and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals, logging and reporting incidents in line with company and centre policies
  • Ensuring a timely response to all security issues and events
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Verbal and written English is essential due to the nature of the business
  • Good team player
  • Attention to detail
Essential Requirements

You will need to have:

  • SIA qualification (Required)
Desirable Requirements

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be desirable:

  • CCTV qualification
  • Customer service: 1 year
  • Security: 1 year
  • Full UK driving license
