Centre Security Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at Abm. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our centre and its visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide a high level of customer service to all visitors and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To carry out regular patrols of the centre, monitoring CCTV and responding to any security incidents or concerns.
  • To maintain a high level of awareness of your surroundings, reporting any suspicious activity or incidents to management.
  • To work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
  • To maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written English is essential due to the nature of the business.
  • Good team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • SIA qualification (Required).
  • CCTV qualification (Desirable).
  • Customer service: 1 year (Desirable).
  • Security: 1 year (Desirable).
  • Full UK driving license.
