Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at ABM UK.

Job Summary:

The Security Officer will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our centre and its visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class customer-focused service to all visitors and tenants.
  • Carry out regular patrols of the centre, following the company security strategy and security assignment instructions.
  • Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times while carrying out duties.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to assist visitors and help wherever possible.
  • Monitor and surveillance of suspect individuals, logging and reporting incidents in line with company and centre policies.
  • Respond promptly to all security issues and events.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Good team player with attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:

  • SIA qualification.

Desirable Requirements:

  • CCTV qualification.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Security experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
