Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

About the Role:
Euxton Hall and Buckshaw Hospitals in Lancashire are private hospitals that are part of Ramsay Health Care's UK network of private hospital services.

This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the hospital, providing management information and reports on a broad range of financial and administrative issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.

Benefits:
  • £58,000 - £68,000 per annum plus benefits package dependent on experience.
