Nixon Caunce Associates are recruiting a highly experienced Finance Manager to join a leading service sector organisation based in Lancashire. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing timely management accounts and driving business growth.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a finance-based role, ideally with a high volume business background. You will be required to produce monthly management accounts, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and analyse monthly costs. Additionally, you will assist with preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet)">
  • Completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations">
  • Analysis of monthly costs & investigation of variances to budget/forecast">
  • Assisting with preparation of annual budgets & monthly and quarterly forecasts">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised accounting qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA. You should also have good proficiency in Excel, including v lookups and pivot tables.
