About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team at Deichmann. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience
  • Serve customers at the till, process sales transactions, and recommend complementary products
  • Ensure high standards of merchandising by maintaining a clean and tidy store
  • Complete stock replenishment to ensure the store is always fully stocked
  • Process stock deliveries to the store
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • High potential for progression, with the right aptitudes and competencies to fast-track into a Supervisory role
  • Fully flexible, including evenings and bank holidays, with a willingness to work a varied schedule
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong passion for working in retail
  • The confidence to approach and serve all customers
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team
  • Retail background or transferable skills gained in a related industry sector
