About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Holder to join our team at Deichmann. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
- Provide friendly, helpful levels of customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
- Serve customers at the till, process sales transactions, and recommend and promote complimentary products.
- Ensure high standards of merchandising by maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
- Complete stock replenishment to ensure the store is always full and ready for sales.
- Process stock deliveries to the store, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of products.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and sales performance.
Requirements:
- High potential with the right aptitudes and competencies to fast-track into a Supervisory role.
- Fully flexible, including evenings and bank holidays, with the ability to work a varied shift pattern.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong passion for working within retail.
- The confidence to approach and serve all customers with a smile.
- Be well-motivated to complete all required tasks to a high standard.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment.
