Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of front office, concierge, and housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a large or multi-outlet hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control.
