About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our hotel's finance management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Banking: Managing cash handling, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
  • AR Ledger Management: Tracking and managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and credit control.
  • Guest Ledger and Voucher Account Control: Maintaining accurate records of guest charges and payments.
  • Filing, Data Entry, Typing, and Administration: Providing administrative support with filing, data entry, typing, and assisting with paperwork.
  • Diary Management and Travel Arrangements: Coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, and organizing events.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and presenting reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as agreed with the Line Manager.
  • Achieving Targets and Improving Processes: Working with the Line Manager to achieve personal and team targets, and implementing improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records and Documentation: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and documentation are maintained.

  • Possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Show a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for developing skills and knowledge.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
