Job Title: Studio Administrator



We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Leaman Consulting Limited. As a key member of the office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our studio.



About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be the first point of contact for suppliers and will be responsible for maintaining studio facilities and daily operations.



In addition to your administrative duties, you will also provide IT support and assist with administrative tasks as required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential for this role.



Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure the smooth running of the studio
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Manage the studio diary and book meetings
  • Maintain studio facilities and daily operations
  • Provide IT support and be the first point of contact
  • Assist with administrative tasks


What We Offer

  • £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
