Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and coding: Process invoices accurately and ensure correct coding.
  • Payments: Handle weekly payments, including domestic and international transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts.
  • Cash Flow Reports: Support the preparation of cash flow reports and other financial documents.
  • Expense Claims: Process expense claims and ensure they are authorized and accurate.
  • Audits: Contribute to year-end audits by providing required information.
  • Sales Ledger Coverage: Cover for the Sales Ledger Administrator during absences.
