Finance Administrator

Brook Street is working with a highly reputable client in the manufacturing industry.
This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled individual experienced in purchase ledger administration, working Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 5:00, and Friday, 8:30 - 1:30.
Responsibilities:- Process invoices accurately and assign correct coding.
- Handle weekly payments, including domestic and international transactions.
- Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing cash flow reports and other financial documents.
- Process expense claims and ensure they are authorized and accurate.
- Support year-end audits by providing required information.
- Cover for the Sales Ledger Administrator during absences.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as required.
