- Commercial Insurance Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of commercial insurance and apply strong due diligence to manage processes efficiently.

- Performance-Driven: Experience working towards targets in a regulated framework, consistently achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
- Client Champion: A demonstrated ability to build rapport, provide exceptional customer service, and excel in communication.

- Technical Expertise: Possess high accuracy with a keen eye for detail, readily using initiative to assist your team.
