Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to join our team at St David's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Registered Nurses, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical guidance and support to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  2. Act as a Shift Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day care of residents and delegating tasks as required.
  3. Contribute to the development of our care staff, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Monitor and audit our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • A strong background in clinical leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A current NMC pin and up-to-date professional development.
