We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Nairn & Ardersier Social Work Team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fully integrated adult social care service with NHS Highland, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to residents and carers in the Nairn area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and contributing to the achievement of our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
