Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to support our responsive and professional HR function in East Leeds. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trust HR Manager and Trust HR Advisor to ensure excellent HR practice within our high school and proactively work with senior leadership teams across six primary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to drive school improvement and culture change.
  • Provide professional HR services to employees, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Contribute to the development of HR reports and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant HR legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in HR service delivery.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
