Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People and Culture team at Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR advice and guidance to our leadership team and employees.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in providing business-focused HR advice and guidance. You will be responsible for partnering with our business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions to support the achievement of our business objectives.

You will also be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our employees, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, you will be involved in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing training and development opportunities to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to support the achievement of business objectives
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in HR, with experience in providing business-focused HR advice and guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
