About the Role

As a Regional Facilities Manager with Gleeson Recruitment Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the upkeep of our properties across Birmingham/Midlands.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating site visits, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring all properties adhere to H&S regulations.

You will work closely with our clients to deliver excellent service, meeting their expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of H&S and maintenance regulations.
  • Ability to provide regular maintenance reports and risk assessments.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary package, including up to £50k + company car + bonus.
