Property Manager Associate

Assistant Property Manager / Student Accommodation Housing Officer with previous experience in delivering customer service is required to join a well-established housing association based in Oxford.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide frontline support to our customers. As Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the property management team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our residents
- Working collaboratively with the property management team to resolve issues and improve services
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Providing administrative support to the property management team
Requirements
- Previous experience of delivering customer service in a front-facing role
- Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills
- A strong understanding of property management principles and practices
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £29,257 per annum, plus generous benefits including a contributory pension scheme and life assurance. The role is 100% office-based and located in Oxford.
