About the Role:

  • Participate in the allocation of rented accommodation to applicants and manage void units efficiently.
  • Process end-of-tenancy procedures, including notice to vacate, rent refunds, and deposit releases.
  • Investigate resident complaints, provide advice, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of estate inspections and monitor contractor performance.
  • Deliver residential property management duties, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management, preferably with problem-solving skills.
