Property Asset Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Asset Coordinator in Oxford.

As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Organising safety certificates and compliance
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH TENANTS AND LANDLORDS

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
