Property Portfolio Coordinator
We're looking for a Property Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our property management team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent property management services in our Specialist Housing sector, focusing on multi-occupancy and self-contained dwellings.

Your key responsibilities will include participating in the allocation of rented accommodation, managing void units, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for resolving and investigating complaints and issues raised by residents, as well as carrying out regular estate and property inspections.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and a good level of IT knowledge, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C) and hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.

This is a part-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The estimated salary for this role is £29,500 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), up to 8% contributory pension, investment in your learning and development, and a generous annual allowance of up to £300 to use towards health and lifestyle benefits for both you and your family.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management is essential.
