Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the education of primary-aged children at Harvills Hawthorn Primary School.

About the Role:
  • Lead and cover classes following planning provided by class teachers
  • Support students with their learning and wellbeing, focusing on developing academic and social skills
  • Work intensively with pupils who need substantial support with both learning and social development
  • Develop inclusive approaches to enable children to participate in class life

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex learning needs, such as ASD and Autism. They will be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Compensation:

This fixed-term position comes with a competitive hourly rate of £26 per hour (£22,204-£25,821 per annum), paid term-time only.
