Electrical Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electrical Sales Representative to join our team at Career-minded People. As an Electrical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the electrical trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customers on the trade counter, taking orders via the telephone and assisting in the warehouse with stock control and preparing orders for delivery.
- Develop close relationships with customers, including electrical contractors, contract managers, buyers for OEM and end users, and occasionally the public.
- Communicate effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone, providing first-class customer service at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a trade counter or electrical wholesale sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
- UK driving licence required.
- Real ambition and a desire to succeed, with a willingness to learn and develop within the company.
