The People Co. is seeking a talented Commercial Executive to join their team and help drive business growth. As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
About the Role- Drive sales and awareness through strategic planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster a positive team culture.
- Track business performance and make recommendations to improve sales and performance.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, who is able to develop and execute impactful improvement strategies. You will need to have strong data analysis skills, turning insights into actionable plans, and experience collaborating with marketing teams and confidently representing the company at industry events.
