Commercial Analytics Lead, Strategic Growth Engine

Checkout.com is a leading fintech company aiming to enable businesses and their communities to thrive in the digital economy. As a Senior Data Scientist, Commercial Analytics, you will play a critical role in building our next-generation growth prediction engine.
This position requires close collaboration with our Strategic Finance team and wider Revenue Operations and Commercial teams. You will develop a deep understanding of the payments industry and build a growth forecasting engine that informs the strategic and commercial direction of Checkout.com.
Data Analytics at Checkout.com is a highly visible function impacting the company's success. It underpins our business plans and forms the basis for setting company objectives. You will have a support network of Analytics Engineers, Product Data Scientists, and Data Product Managers.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain revenue growth modeling, a critical piece of delivery enabling business planning and execution.
- Support commercial and financial leaders with insights and analysis to plan commercial strategy.
- Work closely with the Commercial and Revenue Operations team to increase data quality and availability.
- Apply best practices in analytics from data collection to analysis, leading by example and driving process improvements.
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with prior experience in commercial setups, delivering Customer LTV, Churn, and Revenue growth models. You should have strong communication skills, explaining complex technical topics to non-technical colleagues. Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including VPs and executives, is essential.
