About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership within the South Kent Coastal Community Mental Health Team, working collaboratively with two other Consultant colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide medical input as required to patients under care of the Community Mental Health Team
  • Take an active leadership role in strengthening relationships with external agencies, including the local CCG
  • Be actively involved in screening of referrals as well as assessment of new referrals jointly with other team members
