An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to join Venn Group as a Head of People Partners. This interim position will play a crucial role in developing and shaping a new team within the People Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Utilize Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices.
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
- Proven leadership and management skills, emphasizing policy improvement and high-quality service delivery.
- Daily rate: £635 per day PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
- Full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement (8 days per month in the office, flexible work pattern).
