Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver core courses that support participants in developing essential skills and personal development qualities.
  • Carry out group training sessions in both classroom-based and virtual environments, adapting your delivery style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Assess individual participant abilities and needs through various assessment mechanisms, providing feedback to support barrier removal and action planning.
  • Support participants with motivational issues to complete their training and acquire key skills necessary for employment.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of local and national employment trends to deliver innovative and engaging training sessions.
Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching or training qualification, or currently studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education).
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, health and wellbeing programme, and life insurance.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Maidstone, Kent. You will be required to be flexible and mobile to cover a geographical area, with the opportunity to develop and deliver innovative training sessions to help participants secure sustainable work.
