Dental Healthcare Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years professional to join our learning and development training team at National Skills Agency.
The ideal candidate will support and assess adult learners to complete Apprenticeships in Early Years at Levels 2, 3, and 5, ensuring compliance with ESFA funding rules by recording monthly in-learning evidence and Off the Job Training Hours using an ePortfolio system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and coaching learners with varying barriers to learning
- Participating in continuous professional development, including completion of own qualifications
- Liaising regularly with line managers and quality assurance teams
- Requiring excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of vocational specialism Industry-specific qualifications, Early Years Educator Level 3 (or above)
- Possessing or working towards a minimum of level 2 standard in Maths, ICT, and English
- Demonstrating good IT skills, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other MIS and databases such as OneFile and Smart Assessor
Essential Requirements:
• Early Years Educator Level 3 (or above)
• Minimum level 2 standard in Maths, ICT, and English
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialist software
Salary: £37,500 per annum, based on experience and industry standards
