Leadership Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Leadership Development Professional to join our team at Ably Resources Ltd. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our leaders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leadership development, training, and coaching. You will be responsible for assessing organizational needs, designing effective development programs, and delivering engaging training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational needs and design effective leadership development programs
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Coach and mentor leaders to achieve their personal and professional goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business strategy and make informed decisions
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective leadership development programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Salary:

£60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
