About the Role

As a dedicated education support staff member, you will work in various schools in Dudley and surrounding areas on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to teachers and students in a Primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a kind nature, and the ability to adapt methods to suit different students' needs. You will work with students from Early Years and Reception to YR6.

  • This role is perfect for those who are passionate about education and want to make a difference in the lives of young people.
  • A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one is essential for this position.

Salary: £18,562 - £25,478 per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits. The estimated annual salary for this role is around £23,000 based on 40 weeks of work per year.
