Teaching Assistant Role

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a skilled support staff member to work with students in various settings, including outdoor activities and small group lessons. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education support to students, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualified or minimum 6 months' experience in an educational establishment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, understanding, and a caring attitude
  • A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
