About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Support customers with finance applications and ensure seamless onboarding processes
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels at all times, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to meet client needs, increase revenue, and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment with direct contact with customers, proven sales and service results
  • High degree of self-motivation and a hard-working approach to achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Experience working towards targets and an understanding of KPIs
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to use Microsoft and other software/ portals
