About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Omoda & Jaecoo Dealership in Solihull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You will be able to establish and build rapport with customers quickly.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver's license and have a passion for the automotive industry.
  • You will be willing to learn and develop your skills through in-house, manufacturer, and professional qualifications.
