About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Used Car Sales Professional to join our team at Sytner Solihull BMW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing a used car.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of our used car inventory and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that all customers receive a first-class service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of £20,000
  • A generous commission structure with an OTE of £50,000

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong background in sales or customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A full and valid UK driving licence is also essential.
