About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Policy Manager to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As an HR Policy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the review and delivery of HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a high-performance culture that promotes fairness, inclusivity, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the return on investment from the implementation of revised and new policies and procedures, providing updates on benefits and cost savings to the Head of HR Advisory and the HR Director.
  • Work with the Head of HR Advisory and the P&C Leadership team to ensure all UK people policies and procedures are up-to-date, reflect the latest developments in effective people management, and are in line with business needs, best practice, and current and proposed employment legislation.
  • Take an evidence-based approach to the development of policies, reflective of best practice, academic research, organizational data, and internal stakeholder concerns.
  • Suggest the introduction of new or updated policies as appropriate.
  • Work with the HR Shared Services team to ensure their internal processes are reviewed, updated, or created to reflect the creation of new policies or where policies are updated.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and update associated policy and procedures accordingly.
  • Manage DSAR requests received from the Privacy team, coordinating the gathering of information in line with set timescales.
  • Manage the HR Advisor team, providing generalist HR advice regarding the implementation of the firm's people policies.
