Strategic Land Planner

Are you a driven and ambitious Town Planner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of residential development.
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategic Land Team to identify and promote strategic land opportunities for residential development, prepare planning applications, and conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the planning process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including career progression opportunities, a supportive team environment, and a comprehensive training program.
