About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Group Support Volunteers. As a Group Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting people affected by dementia to engage in activities and socialise with others in a group setting.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming and talking to people affected by dementia to help them feel comfortable, offering refreshments, and helping to set up and tidy away at the end of the group.

By joining our team, you will ensure that people affected by dementia are able to meet others in a similar situation, access the support and information they need, and enjoy meaningful activities.

We are looking for volunteers with an interest in activities, games, and reminiscing. If you are a friendly and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting people affected by dementia, we would love to hear from you.
