Volunteering Project Coordinator

At the Motor Neurone Disease Association, we are seeking a skilled Volunteering Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enhancing our volunteering opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering projects that align with our organisational goals, ensuring that our diverse range of volunteers have a rewarding experience.

Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and delivering volunteer projects, collaborating with internal teams to gather project requirements, and developing helpful project plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the impact of our volunteer projects, implementing effective systems, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

We are looking for an individual with experience working on people-focused projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
